At Dragonfly Whisper Studio, we truly value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please review our cancellation policy carefully:
• A deposit is required to book all appointments.
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the total service price.
• The deposit is non-transferable and will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or a late cancellation (less than 24 hours).
• If you reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be honored and applied to your new appointment date.
We understand that unexpected situations can occur, and we appreciate your respect for our time and scheduling.
